Dr. Scott Wonsch, Hon. B.Sc. DDS
Scott grew up in Tecumseh. In 2014, he moved to Sydney, Australia, where he completed his dental degree and graduated in 2017. After living in Australia, he moved back to Canada and started working at Mattiuz Dentistry in February 2019. In 2021, he took over the practice and renamed it to Wonsch Dental. Scott has treated patients in both rural and urban settings and has also done volunteer dental work in Cambodia. Scott has a particular interest in fixing front anterior teeth for cosmetics. Whether it’s building them up in resins or veneers/crowns, it can be a life-changing service for the patient. Scott is quite laid back. When not working, he enjoys travelling to new countries or taking little weekend getaways. Getting out on the water in the summer and skiing in the winter are a few of the ways he enjoys spending his time.
Dr. Chris Mattiuz, Hon. B.Sc. DDS
Chris was born and raised in Windsor, attended Kennedy Collegiate high school and the University of Windsor. He earned his DDS degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy in 1998 and worked in Clinton Township Michigan for 5 years. He has worked in Windsor ever since, establishing Mattiuz Dentistry in 2005. Chris and his wife Bethany enjoy travelling, cooking and are avid scuba divers
Giuliano Urso, DD
Friendly, attentive and an approachable demeanor are qualities that best describe some of the congenial characteristics of Giuliano Urso. Born and raised in Windsor Ontario, Giuliano developed his skills and passion for Denturism at George Brown College School of Dental Health where he graduated on the Dean’s List Honoree. Giuliano is also the proud recipient of the Denturist Association of Ontario’s Ben Sweet Award for having achieved the highest clinical standing in the Denturism program. He has likewise been presented with the Straumann Implant Canada Award for his proficiency in the Removable Dental Implant Prosthodontics courses I and II. As a licensed Denturist, Giuliano brings kindness, compassion, a thorough skill and refusal to compromise in quality ensuring his patients receive optimal denture care.
